enable করতে পারবেন । মনেকরেন আপনি একটি software এ click করলেন win 8 oR win 8.1 enable করতে বলছে । নিচের pic

It is supported in both 32 and 64 bit flavors.
Basically it’s a portable source containing the required files for .NET 3.5 for all languages.
To avoid errors install it on a fresh installed system with no updates applied.

Double click the downloaded file. Following windows appears
Click next button and installation process starts.
After successful completion of installation process, you will get this window.
